电石渣循环利用途径

The Way of Circulation on Calcium Carbide

针对目前电石生产过程消耗大量石灰石原料,而同时生产聚氯乙烯产生大量电石渣废弃的现状,本文提出了将电石渣进行分离后转化为氧化钙,作为电石生产过程的原料循环使用。该法既能充分利用资源,又能解决环境污染,符合循环经济发展的理念。

Owning to the huge amount of leavings by the process to produce Polyvinylchloride using calcium carbide as reactant,and limestone is the raw material to obtain calcium carbide.The thesis studied a cycle way to use calcium oxide of leavings and produce calcium carbide.This way both can use leavings fully and solve the environment problem for corresponding to the idea of circulation economic.
