摘要
本文主要通过运用QFORM-3D软件,针对P91材料的厚壁无缝钢管反挤压成形,在不同成形温度条件下,反挤压成形过程进行数值模拟。研究了成形温度对挤压力的影响规律,最终获得最佳成形温度。为P91材料的厚壁无缝钢管在实际挤压生产中工艺参数的选择提供很好的理论依据。
In this article,the main research is the numerical simulation about the backward extrusion process under different deformation temperatures of thick-walled seamless steel tube whose material is P91 through the QFORM-3D software.It studied the law that the deformation temperature effects on the extrusion force.The study will get the best deformation temperature,and provides a scientific basis for parameters' selection in the actual P91 thick-walled seamless steel tube extrusion process.
