聚偏氟乙烯共混膜的制备和性能研究

摘要 主要讨论了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜以及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PVDF/PMMA)、PVDF/PMMA/PS(聚砜)共混膜的制备及性能,并研究了不同添加剂对PVDF/PMMA/PS共混膜的结构和性能的影响。实验数据表明:PVDF/PMMA/PS共混膜的通量最大。SEM表明,添加剂对本体系有较大的影响,其中PVPK40成膜通量最大,TiO2成膜截留率最大。 This paper mainly discussed the preparation and characterization of polyvinylidine fluoride(PVDF);PVDF /polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) and PVDF/PMMA /polysulfone(PS) membranes.The characterization and structure of PVDF/PMMA/PS blending membrane were analyzed by using the different additive.The experiment data proved that the pure water flux of PVDF/PMMA/PS blending membrane was the largest among the three membranes.It is indicated that additive largely effected to this system by using scanning electron microscope(SEM),and high pure water flux blend membrane was obtained by employing polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as the additive,retention was biggest using titanium dioxide.
