摘要
质量轻、强度高、刚性好、疲劳寿命长的性能指标是风力发电机叶片设计发展的趋势。在叶片材料选择时如何将多轴向经编织物应用于风机叶片一直是纺织复合材料应用研究的重要内容。为此本文提出了一个基于多轴向经编织物风机叶片的系统研究方法,包括叶片设计、三维建模、复合材料性能测试、有限元分析。
Performance index of light quality,high strength,good rigidity,long fatigue life is the development trend of the wind turbine blade design.The important content of textile composites applied research is to apply multi-axial warp knitted fabric into wind turbine blade when blade material is chosen.This paper proposes a systematic research method of the wind turbine blade based on multi-axial warp knitted fabric,including the blade design,3D modeling,composite performance test,finite element analysis.
