摘要
本文在分析传统资本保值增值理论的基础上,认为企业人力资本保值增值应从个体人力资本保值增值与整体人力资本保值增值两个层面考察,内容包括实体保值增值与货币保值增值,并构建了两个层面下人力资本保值增值模型,提出了人力资本保值增值的条件以及评价指标。
On the basis of analyzing traditional theory of maintaining and increasing the enterprise capital,this paper argues that maintaining and increasing the human capital should inspect from individual and integral two levels,including maintaining and increasing the entity and currency.It also builds two-level model of maintaining and increasing the human capital,and proposes the conditions and evaluate index of maintaining and increasing the human capital.
