ICU泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性分析及防治策略 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析重症监护病毒(ICU)泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的药敏结果,指导临床预防和治疗泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染。方法选取2009年11月至2011年2月唐县人民医院ICU 5例经病原学及药敏试验证实泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的临床感染病例,分析其发生的高危因素及治疗结果。结果泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌痰标本24例,尿液2例。表现为泛耐药和多重耐药,对亚胺培南耐药率高达80.00%。耐药率最低的是多黏菌素(0%),其次是米诺环素、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦。结论应重点加强对ICU的消毒隔离,缩短住院及气管插管时间,进一步强化医护人员无菌观念,防止交叉传播;采用降阶梯治疗策略,在经验治疗后,药物治疗首选头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合米诺环素。
