摘要
研究了5种添加物对红酵母细胞生长及其类胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果表明,5种添加物都可提高色素产量和生物量,其中对色素质量分数影响显著的依次是花生油、核黄素(VB2)、番茄汁,分别增产77.15%,46.5%,34%。对生物量影响显著的依次是花生油、核黄素,分别增产20.21%,14%。确定了最佳添加量为:核黄素3.5 mg/L,花生油4 mg/L,番茄汁6 mg/L。
The effects of 5 kinds of additives on the growth and the carotenoid content fermented by Rhodotorula glutinis are studied.The results show that all the 5 kinds of additives can increase the carotenoid content and the biomass.The significant effects on the carotenoid content is as follows:peanut oil,riboflavin(VB2),tomato juice,the increasing rate is as follows: 77.15%,46.5%,34%.The significant effects on the biomass is as follows:peanut oil,riboflavin,the increasing rate is as follows:20.21%,14%.The optimal addition is riboflavin 3.5 mg/L,peanut oil 4 mg/L,tomato juice 6 mg/L.
