结合发酵工艺学实验教学实践和经验,阐述了食品发酵工艺学实验课程中实验教学理念的灌输、教学内容的改革、教学方法的探索和应用、考核方式的应变机制等内容,为促进食品相关课程实验教学提供参考。

In this paper,with the teaching practice and experiments of the experimental course of Food Fermentation Technology,the author expounds such contents as the implantation of experiment teaching philosophy,the reform of teaching content,the exploration and application of teaching methodology and the response mechanism of checking system,which can provide some references to the promotion of experimental teaching food-related.
