水母雪莲中总黄酮及多糖的提取 被引量:1

摘要 目的从水母雪莲花中提取总黄酮及多糖。方法选取水母雪莲花1.2kg,用80%乙醇回流后得到的混合液,用石油醚去除脂溶性色素后得到乙酸乙酯萃取部分,经聚酰胺色谱柱分离富集得到总黄酮。药渣继用蒸馏水提取,醇沉后得到粗多糖,采用Sevag法除蛋白后得到灰白色的多糖。结果从水母雪莲花中得到总黄酮5.0g,多糖80.0g。结论本研究的水母雪莲花中总黄酮及多糖提取方法简便实用、可操作性强,适用于实验室大量制备。 Objective To extract flavonoids and polysaccharide in Saussurea medusa Maxim.Methods One point two kg of raw Saussurea medusa Maxim was refluxed in 80% ethanol followed by defatting in petroleum ether and then by isolation with the column chromatography of polyamide to obtain the total flavonoids.The polysaccharide was isolated and extracted from the raw material by distilled water extraction and alcohol precipitation.Results Five grams of flavonoids and 80.0 g polysaccharide were extracted from the Saussurea medusa Maxim.Conclusions The method in this study is simple,practical,and operable for extracting flavonoids and polysaccharide in Saussurea medusa Maxim.It can be used as a simple way for large-scale preparation of flavonoids and polysaccharide in lab.
