和谐社会价值目标指引下完善我国法律体系的理论思考

Thinking on Improvement of Chinese Legal System under the Guidance of the Harmonious Society

法律体系是一个国家法制建设的载体,也是一定时期社会价值观体现。经过三十多年的法制建设,我国于2010年宣布已基本建成具有中国特色的社会主义法律体系。构建和谐社会成为我国社会当前和今后一段时间的主要价值观。我国应以此为指引,进一步完善已建成的法律体系。

Legal system,which reflects the social value in certain period,is the carrier of the legal construction of a country.After thirty years of legal construction,China has announced in 2010,as schedueld,completement of the Chinese characteristic socialism law system.Constructing a harmonious society shall be the main value at present and future period and in a long period of time in future.Under the guidance of such value,China shall improve the current legal system.
