要确保办案安全，司法警察必须标本兼治。客观上，司法警察要主动参与办案、了解基本案情，要抓住关键环节、严格规范办案，双管齐下，保证办案安全；微观上，司法警察要制定安全预案、履行看管职能、发挥“贴身”看管优势，多措并举，保证办案安全。同时，进一步提升司法警察的监督能力。

In order to keep them safe in investigating a case, from the macro perspective, they should handle the case actively, try to make clear the specific conditions, grasp the key point, and regulate the procedure of handling a case; from the micro perspective, they should make safe plan, give full play to the personal custody, and apply various ways to handle cases.
