摘要 利用AT89LV51,PLC和无线数传模块设计了一种高可靠性工业无线遥控系统.通过AT89LV51对控制命令进行扫描、采集和编码,经无线数传模块发送接收控制代码,由PLC根据控制代码启动相应动作,实现远距离对受控设备的控制.文中介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件设计,给出了部分程序流程框图.该系统还实现了收发端之间的动态反馈功能,提高了现场作业的安全性.实验表明,该系统具有功耗低、可靠性高和适应范围广等特点. A remote control system with high reliability is designed with AT89LV51,PLC and wireless data transmission module.The control codes are sent and received by wireless module after the control commands being scanned,captured and encoded by AT89LV51.Then the PLC activates the corresponding action according to the control code.Thus the system can achieve remote control of the controlled equipment.The system improves the security of site operations because it implements the dynamic feedback between the sending and receiving.The hardware composition and software design of the system are introduced,and some program flowcharts are given.The experiment shows that the system is with low power consumption,high reliability,wide range of adaptation.
