摘要
随着经济全球化与信息化的到来,企业的生存环境日趋复杂多变.在此背景下,国内外许多企业纷纷采取了一种灵活的组织形式——多功能型团队.文中在提炼多功能型团队生命周期各阶段的特征模式的基础上,针对多功能型团队生命周期各阶段特征自身模糊性,以多功能型团队生命周期各阶段的特征要素为识别指标,以模糊数学识别模型为工具,创建了一种全新的界定多功能型团队生命周期的定量判定方法.最后将该方法运用于示例,验证了其可行性.
As the development of economy globalization and information technology,the business environment becomes more and more complicated and uncertain.In this situation,many companies,domestic as well as foreign ones,take on a flexible organization form,namely cross-functional team.The characters in each stage of the cross-functional team lifecycle are fuzzy.This paper presents a quantitative method for the determination of the team lifecycle with the fuzzy identification theory,based on a model of the characters in each stage of the team lifecycle.And then the method is used to test its feasibility.
