摘要
通过具体实例及大量数据分析证明:由原子半径引起的第四周期p区元素电离势、最高氧化态的含氧酸(或盐)的不稳定性、较强氧化性及酸性等性质的反常现象与原子的电子层结构、元素的有效核电荷等有着密切的关系。
Being analyzed from concrete examples and large quantities of data of P-block elements in the fourth period caused by atomic radius,such as ionizing potential,instability of the highest oxidation state of oxygen-containing acid(or salt),and strong oxidation and acidity,it is proved that these phenomena are essentially related to atomic shell structure and effective nuclear charge of the element.
