摘要
在一定的温度和氮气保护的条件下,以浓磷酸为催化剂,水为引发剂引发己内酰胺减压开环聚合合成聚己内酰胺(PA6).探讨了温度、时间和浓磷酸的量对己内酰胺转化率的影响.结果表明,在氮气保护下,反应温度240℃,反应时间3.5 h,己内酰胺和浓磷酸质量比为100∶2时,己内酰胺转化率可高达92.0%,粘均分子量为6.9×104.
Polycaprolactam(PA6) was synthesized with caprolactam by vacuum polymerization using concentrated phosphoric acid as the catalyst,water as initiator and nitrogen as protective gas at established condition.The influences of various conditions such as the reaction temperature,the reaction time and amounts of concentrated phosphoric acid on the translational ratio of caprolactam were investigated in detail.Results indicated that when the mass ratio of caprolactam and concentrated phosphoric acid is 100:2 and the reaction time is 3.5 h,the conversion of caprolactam is up to 92.0% under the nitrogen protective and 240 ℃,the viscometric average molecular weight is 6.9×104.
