摘要
针对如何提高操作凸轮在液压无级变速器中的转向性能问题,对凸轮的廓线进行了分析和研究。在对静液压无级变速装置的转向机构工作原理进行分析的基础上,建立了凸轮理论轮廓曲线的数学模型,根据工程实际采用二次曲线拟合的方法对该凸轮理论轮廓曲线进行修形,并以此为基础建立了实用的凸轮三维模型。
In order to improve the performance of operation cam in hydraulic static transmission,the contour curve of operating cam is analyzed and studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the steering mechanism used in HST,the design of the cam is studied,and the theoretical contour curve is established.In accordance with practical requirements of the project,the theoretical profile of the cam is fitted using software MATLAB,and 3D model of the cam is built.
