摘要 一、英国残疾人康复服务的发展 英国残疾人康复服务大致经历三个历史阶段：第一阶段以医疗康复模式为主，主要针对身体损伤所造成的各类残疾；第二阶段以教育康复模式为主，将重点放到了提高残疾人能力方面，其中，儿童青年残疾人父母充当了康复治疗师合作者的重要角色；
