摘要 生物柴油作为一种新型清洁可再生能源为可持续发展指明了方向.不同原料制备的生物柴油的经济性能、环境性能和安全性能各不相同,为了更好地适应可持续发展的要求,提供一种可以综合评价生物柴油经济-环境-安全性能的方法,选择一种可持续性最强的方案,具有非常重要的意义.本文用经济指标(生产成本)、环境指标(温室气体、水耗、占地)、安全指标(闪点)作为衡量不同生物柴油可持续性的属性,用熵权法确定各个指标的权重,然后用PROMETHEE法综合评价各种方案的可持续性.最后用该方法对五种不同原料(麻风树、海藻、棕榈油、油菜籽、大豆)生产的生物柴油可持续性进行评价. Biodiesel,as a new type of clean and renewable energy,points the direction for sustainable development.Different biodiesels produced from different raw materials vary in the respect of the economic performance,environmental performance and safety.In order to meet the requirements of sustainable development and provide a comprehensive evaluation approach concerning economy,environment and safety of biodiesel,it is of great vitality to select a most sustainable solution.The paper applies economic indicators(production costs),environmental indicators(greenhouse gases,water consumption,covering area),and safety indicators(flash point) as a measure to assess the sustainability of different kinds of biodiesel.Entropy method is adopted to determine the weight of each index;and the PROMETHEE method is used to comprehensively evaluate the sustainability of different programs.The same method is applied to evaluate the sustainability of biodiesel produced from five different materials(jatropha,algae,palm oil,rapeseed,soybean).
