摘要
我国是一个人口大国,解决十三亿人口的吃饭问题始终是头等大事.转基因食品进入百姓家庭食谱已是不可逆转的趋势,运用转基因生物技术开发高产和富含营养成分的转基因动植物,在给人们带来利益的同时,也存在着安全隐患,转基因食品的安全问题已成为人们争论的焦点和热点.通过本次调查分析得知,消费者是影响转基因食品发展的一个重要因素,了解和掌握消费者的接受程度是预测转基因食品未来市场发展前景,从而可以推动转基因生物技术在食品工业中的应用为人类造福.
China is a populous country,and to solve the problem of feeding 1.3 billion people is always the top priority.Genetically modified foods coming into family recipe has become an irreversible trend,the use of GMO technology development and nutrient-rich high-yield genetically modified plants and animals bring great benefit to people,while at the same time,there are also security risks.So the safety of genetically modified foods has been become the focus of debate.The analysis of this survey shows that the consumer who affects the development of genetically modified foods is an important factor,and that to understand and master the consumer acceptance of genetically modified food is important to forecast future market prospects,which can promote genetically modified organisms in food industry in the application of benefit of mankind.
