医源性胰腺损伤18例的早期诊治及预防

Diagnosis,treatment and preventive measures for medical pancreas injury:a report of eighteen cases

目的探讨医源性胰腺损伤的早期诊治及预防措施。方法回顾性分析1995年1月至2009年12月我院收治的18例医源性胰腺损伤患者的临床资料,分析其损伤的原因、早期诊断、治疗方法及预防措施。结果 18例患者均在早期发现胰腺损伤,及时治疗后获治愈,无一例死亡。结论医源性胰腺损伤重在预防,腹腔渗液淀粉酶检测、B超、CT、逆行胆胰管造影(MRCP)等影像学检查有助于术后早期诊断。

Objective To find the measures of the early diagnosis, treatments and preventive measures for medical injury of pancreas. Methods The data of the 18 cases with medical injury of pancreas in our hospital from January 1995 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. And the causes of their injuries, early diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures were analyzed. Results All the patients were early detected and cured after treatment in time, no ease died. Conclusions It is crucial to prevent the medical injury of pancreas. Peritoneal exudates amylase test, ultrasound, CT and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） could help getting early diagnosis.
