摘要
实现产学研合作,必须促进产学研用相结合。与产学研相结合的"用"即"用户"消费。"用户"消费是产学研合作之目的实现、"技术基础"建立、资本性动力强弱的"最终调节者",对产学研合作的健康发展具有重要的作用。充分发挥"用户"消费对产学研合作的重要作用,必须努力提升"用户"消费能力。在现实中,提升"用户"消费能力的政策安排,至少应包括支持产学研合作不断创新"产品"、增强"用户"消费支付能力、培育"用户"消费素质、建设良好市场环境等方面。
To realize the combination of production,teaching and research,we must combine production,teaching,research and application together.The term "application" is actually referred to the consumption of "consumer",who is the realization of the target in the cooperation of production,teaching and research;the establishment of "technical basis";and the "final conditioner" of capital-based power.In all,it plays the vital role for the healthy development of the cooperation.So we must try to upgrade the "consumer′s" consumption ability.In reality the measurements taken to improve this ability should include these aspects: to support the creation of new "product",enhance "consumer′s" consumptive payment,breed their consumptive makings and build up a well-conditioned market environment.
