略论地方政府性债务的问题与出路

On the Problems of Local Governmental Debts and Proposals

地方政府性债务问题的恶化不仅给地方财政和银行系统带来极大压力,也对经济和社会的有序运行构成了巨大威胁。在分析地方政府性债务问题现状的基础上,对其形成的原因及解决的紧迫性进行研究,并提出相应的解决措施及建议。

The deterioration of local governmental debts has not only brought huge pressure on local finance and banking system,but also posed a great threat to the orderly operation of our economy and society.Based on the analysis about the current status of local governmental debts,this paper studies the causes,and urgency of solving these problems.Moreover,it puts forward some suggestions and solutions accessible.
