摘要
奥特奇公司评估了2009—2010年中国的饲料原料和全价饲料中六种主要霉菌毒素的检出水平和污染状况,得出如下结论:(1)中国饲料原料和全价饲料中检出水平最高的霉菌毒素是玉米赤霉烯酮、烟曲霉菌毒素和呕吐毒素(田间型毒素)。(2)玉米赤霉烯酮、烟曲霉菌毒素和呕吐毒素的污染量比2008年及2007年的污染量还严重。而在这三种霉菌毒素中以烟曲霉菌毒素增加的幅度最大。(3)饲料原料和全价饲料中多种霉菌毒素同时污染的情况也比往年普遍。由于霉菌毒素之间具有协同作用,将加剧霉菌毒素的毒性和中毒症状的严重程度。(4)在2010年因为谷物原料的供应普遍不足,造成谷物品质更难掌控。再加上全球气候不稳定,极端气候的发生率增加,也将影响霉菌毒素的发生率以及原料的生产量。因此,霉菌毒素吸附剂的使用更有其必要性,而选择一个有效的霉菌毒素吸附剂也更加重要。
In 2010 ,Alhech had evaluated the occurrence and contamination level of six major mycotoxins in ingredients and complete feed samples from China. We have made the following conclusions:( 1 )The most severe contaminated mycotoxins in ingredients and complete feed samples from China were zearalenone, fumonisin and vomitoxin. (2) Compared to the year before, the contamination levels of zearalenone, fumonisin and vomitoxin were more severe than that in years 2008 and 2007. Among the three mycotoxins, the level increased the most from fumonisin. (3) The situation of co - contamination of several mycotoxins in ingredients and complete feed samples also got worse in 2009. Due to the synergistic effects between different mycotoxins, the toxicity of mycotoxins and severity of mycotoxicosis may also get worse. (4)In 2010, because of the short supply of grains in China, it was getting more difficult to control the quality of grains. In addition, the occurrence of extreme weather also increased globally ; result in increasing occurrence of mycotoxin contaminations and reducing production of grains. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly important to use an effective mycotoxin binder.
