维生素B12的营养作用及在畜禽生产中的应用

随着畜牧业的不断发展，维生素的营养受到人们越来越多的关注，而维生素B12作为发现最晚的维生素，对其营养作用的相关研究并不很多。维生素B12对于机体生长是一种不可缺少的微量营养物质，大多数植物性饲料中不合维生素B12动物一方面靠胃肠中的微生物合成，一方面靠外界添加。为了满足动物机体对维生素的需要就必须补充维生素B12添加剂。本文概括总结了维生素B12的营养作用，及其在畜禽体内的代谢过程和畜牧生产过程中的应用。

With the development of livestock industry, the nutrition of Vitamin has been got more and more attentions. However, there was little research on the nutrition of Vitamin BI2 as the latest found vitamin. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient for the growth of the organism. But most forages don＇t contain Vitamin B12 required by animals. It is necessary to add Vitamin B12 in feed. This article reviewed the trophic action and the metabolic process in livestock and poultry and its application in the livestock production.
