摘要
高水平的校内实习基地是实现高职学生培养目标的重要条件之一,是高职教育实施职业技能训练的保证。只有重视校内实习基地硬件建设,加强实习基地师资队伍建设,构建科学规范的管理运行机制,推行校企合作,进一步加强和完善校内实习基地,提高教育教学质量,办出职业教育特点,才能培养高素质高技能应用型人才。
High-level inner-school training base is one of the most important requirements to cultivate the students in high vocational colleges,and is a guarantee to carry out the vocational skill training.Only by attaching importance to the construction of hardware of the base,the teaching staff,management in a scientific way,enhancing the school-enterprise cooperation,can we improve the teaching quality,showing the characteristics of professional education,and cultivate the high-skilled application talents.
