摘要
简要介绍了VRML语言定义、特点,阐述了机械零部件虚拟建模方法。对虚拟装配流程进行分析,并对产品装/拆运动的表示形式、虚拟装配路径规划及逻辑控制、虚拟装配过程中的碰撞检测方法等关键技术进行了研究,提出了产品装/拆运动12元组表示形式。最后,通过对机械产品交互式虚拟装配进行实例仿真,验证了该技术的可行性和合理性。
In this paper,the definition and features of VRML were introduced,the modeling methods of mechanical components were described.The virtual assembly process was analyzed.The key technologies including the representation of product assembly /disassembly motion,the path planning and logic control of the virtual assembly,the collision detection method of virtual assembly process were researched.At the same time,12-tuple representation of product assembly /disassembly motion was proposed.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of this technology were proved by the simulation of interactive virtual assembly of a mechanical product.
