摘要
基于ABAQUS建立了纯轴向受载高速角接触球轴承的有限元模型,有效处理了考虑摩擦条件的接触问题,实现纯轴向受力高速角接触球轴承仿真分析。并以b218角接触球轴承为例,进行了试算和相关参数的仿真与分析,结果表明,与纯轴向工况的实际情况基本吻合。不同工况下的参数仿真分析为进一步分析纯轴向高速滚动轴承的失效形式提供了理论基础。
Finite element model of high speed angular-contact ball bearing is established on the basis of ABAQUS,thus the contacting problems considering the condition of friction has been dealt with effectively and the simulation of high speed angular-contact ball bearing under axial load is achieved.Taking the b218 angular-contact ball as an example,a tentative calculation and simulation analysis of correlated parameters are carried out.The results show that it coincides basically with working conditions under axial load.Parametric simulation analysis under different working conditions is the foundation for further study of high speed angular-contact ball bearing under pure-axial load.
