摘要
为中批生产的柴油机连杆零件设计了一个专用钻床夹具,使其能够在钻床上进行小头孔的加工。通过对该零件加工面加工工艺的分析得出两种夹具的设计方案,并结合实际生产的需要进行了方案的优缺点分析,选择了结构简单、装夹方便、生产成本低的零件夹具设计方案。
A special drilling jig was designed for medium batch production of diesel engine connecting rods,so the small holes on the rods could be drilled on drilling machine.Two solutions were put forward by analyzing the processing of the part's machined surface,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared based on actual production needs.The simple,easy and low-cost solution was chosen.
