摘要
以恒压供水系统为研究对象,在分析供水系统主要功能的基础上,设计了基于PLC的恒压供水系统。通过PLC控制变频器实现3台水泵调速控制,分别采用压力传感器与液位传感器获取系统压力与水位信号。现场应用表明系统运行可靠,实现了恒压供水。
The water supply system is studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the main functions of water supply system,the constant pressure water supply system based on PLC is designed.The three pumps are controlled by inverters on PLC,the system pressure and water level are measured by pressure sensor and level sensor.The practical use shows that the program has the advantages of high reliability,fulfiling constant pressure water supply.
