摘要
以变速箱为研究对象,通过对变速箱后壳体、后盖试验时开裂位置、后壳体及后盖结构的分析,给出了后壳体的优化设计方案。针对优化后的后壳体及后盖,应用Pro/E软件建立三维数模,并应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行强度分析,得出的后壳体满足设计要求。
The gear box is taken as the research object.By analyzing the cracking locating in range case and range cover and the structure of the parts,the optimal design of the range case and the range cover is given.After the parts are optimized,three-dimensional digital-analog of them is established by Pro / E,and strength analysis is done with ANSYS Workbench software,and the optimized range case and range cover meet the design requirements.
