陕西新农村建设情况调研报告

Survey Report of New Socialist Countryside Construction in Shaanxi Province

自2006年中央提出建设社会主义新农村的战略目标以来，陕西全省上下认真贯彻落实中央相关要求，制订建设规划，加大财政支农力度，以发展农业生产、促进农民增收为重点，加强农村基础设施建设，促进产业结构调整，卫生、医疗等社会公共资源开始全面覆盖乡村，新农村建设取得了阶段性成果．为全面了解新农村建设中遇到的实际困难及问题，掌握农民群众所急、所想、所需和所盼，基于2010年12月深入部分农村的问卷调查，形成此调研报告．

Since 2006, the Chinese government put forward the strategic target for constructing social- ist countryside, the People＇s Government of Shaanxi Province urges people at every level to earnestly implement the related requirements of the government, work out the construction plan, increase the fiscal support for agriculture, enhance the rural infrastructure construction, promote the readjustment of industrial structures, public services such as health and medical care has began to cover the rural areas, interim achievements have been made during the new socialist countryside construction. In order to get a thorough understanding of the difficulties and problems and country folks＂ hearts＂ desire, this survey paper is compiled on the basis of the questionnaires in Dec. 2010.
