IP网控在多媒体服务和商业应用等方面得到了迅猛推广，许多优点都是传统的闭路电视系统无法比拟的，介绍网络监控系统的现状和发展，设计了网络视频监控系统方案．以借助网络监控系统更好的为大众服务，维护社会秩序．
Application of IP network control into multi--media services and businesses has been rapidly popularized, many advantages are incomparable as regards the traditional closed--circuit television system. This paper introduces the present situation and development of network monitor system, proposes the scheme for network video monitoring system for better serving the public and maintaining the social order, by using the network monitor systetm.
