在分析社区教育与终身教育联系的基础上，从促进农村成人的全面终身发展、创建学习型社区等多个维度，强调发展农村社区成人教育是推进终身教育、实现教育公平、促进社会和谐的重要途径，并从转变农村成人学习观念、加大政府保证力度、依托农村社区学习资源几个方面探析终身教育视角下农村社区成人教育的开展策略．

Based on the analysis of the relation between community education and lifelong education, in light of promoting rural adult life--long development and constructing learning communities, this paper emphasizes that the development of rural community adult education is an important way to improve the system of life--long education, to achieve educational equity and to promote social harmony. and create learning communities and so on from many aspects promote the comprehensive and life-long development. By changing the rural adult learning concept, strategies for developing rural community adult education under the view of lifelong education and increasing the guarantee of the government, relying on rural adult community learning resources are analyzed.
