连栽马尾松林根际与非根际土壤养分及酶活性研究 被引量:4

Research on Nutrients and Enzyme Activities of Rhizosphere and Non-rhizosphere Soil under Successive Rotation Plantation of Pinus massoniana

摘要 通过配对样地法,对连栽马尾松林根际与非根际土壤养分及酶活性的差异性进行分析。结果表明:根际与非根际土壤全N、全K、全Ca和全Mg含量2代低于1代,而有机质、碱解N、速效P、全P和速效K含量2代却高于1代,且有机质、碱解N和速效P含量在1、2代之间的差异均达显著或极显著水平;连栽后根际土壤全Al、全Cu和全Zn含量2代高于1代,而全Fe和全Mn含量2代却低于1代,且全Mn含量在1、2代之间的差异达显著水平;非根际土壤除全Cu含量2代高于1代外,其余全Fe、全Al、全Zn、全Mn含量2代均低于1代,且差异均达显著或极显著水平;根际与非根际土壤脲酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性2代均高于1代,且脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性在1、2代之间的差异均达显著或极显著水平。 Analysis was made on nutrients and enzyme activities of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil under successive rotation plantation of different generations Pinus massonian. The results showed that total N, K, Ca and Mg content in the rhizophere and non-rhizosphere soil under the second rotation was less than that under the fast rotation, while organic matter, Alkali-hydr.N, available P, total P and available K content under the second rotation was greater than that under the fast rotation. Organic matter, Alkali-hydr.N, available P content had evident different between the first and second generation. Total A1, Cu, Zn content in rhizosphere soil under second rotation was greater than that under fast rotation, but total Fe, Mn content was lower, and the difference of the total Mn content between fast and second generation was significant. The non-rhizosphere soil of the second generation had lower total Fe, Zn, A1 and Mn content except total Cu content with great differences. The activities of urease, protease, phosphatase, catalase and polyphenol oxidase in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of the second generation were higher than that of the fast generation, with significant differences.
