基于MCU评价的手法治疗颈椎病33例疗效观察

Manipulations based on MCU Systematic Review in Treating 33 Case of Cervical Syndrome

目的观察运用颈肌功能测试仪(MCU)系统评价和推拿手法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为2组,治疗组用MCU检查患者的颈椎活动功能及肌力,根据检测报告形成推拿手法治疗方案进行治疗,对照组采用颈舒颗粒内服治疗,2组疗程均为4周;以颈椎左右侧屈活动度、侧屈最大肌力、疼痛评分为观察指标。结果治疗组颈椎左右侧屈活动度、侧屈最大肌力、疼痛评分明显高于治疗前,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用MCU系统评价颈椎所形成的手法治疗方案,能显著改善颈椎病患者颈椎左右侧屈功能和肌肉力量。

Objective To observe the effect of MCU systematic review and manipulations on cervical syndrome（CS）.Methods 70 CS patients were assigned randomly to two groups,the treatment group received manipulations based on MCU evaluation result to cervical motion and muscle strength,the control group were taken Jingshu granule for 4 weeks.The activity and maximum muscle strength of cervical flexor,and pain score were observed.Results The activity and maximum muscle strength of cervical flexor,and pain score in treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group respectively,and there was a significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Manipulations based on MCU systematic review can significantly improve the function and strength of cervical flexor.
