闽产蔓荆子高效液相色谱指纹图谱

Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Fructus Viticis in Fujian

目的建立闽产蔓荆子高效液相色谱(HPLC)的指纹图谱,为蔓荆子质量控制提供依据。方法采用HPLC法测定12批福建不同地区蔓荆子的指纹图谱,并用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统对其进行分析。结果在选定的色谱条件下,确定15个色谱峰构成闽产蔓荆子指纹图谱的特征峰,相似度大于0.85。结论高效液相色谱指纹图谱可用于闽产蔓荆子的质量标准控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the fingerprint of Fructus Viticis in Fujian,and provide the basis for quality control of Fructus Viticis.Methods The fingerprints of twelve batches of Fructus Viticis from different areas of Fujian were detected by HPLC method,and analyzed by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM.Results 15 chromatographic peaks in the chromatogram were verified as the characteristic peak of fingerprints of Fructus Viticis in Fujian,and the similarity was higher than 0.85.Conclusion This method could be suitable for the quality control of Fructus Viticis in Fujian.
