有学者认为"房中乐"是祭祀的庙乐,有学者认为它不仅是庙乐,还可以是后妃侍宴的音乐。文章试图从造成两种观点的史料文献中理清脉络,考察"房中乐"的性质究竟为何,以证其非为后妃侍宴之乐。

Fangzhongyue was a kind of temple music for sacrifice for some scholars, while for some of others, it had another function as background music for the queen and maids to serve feasts. This article aims to find skeleton of the two kinds of views by sorting the historical materials and investigate what the fangzhongyue is, in order to prove that fangzhongyue is not music for feasts.
