摘要
文章结合澳门的社会历史和整体文化艺术环境,分析介绍澳门普通学校音乐教育及音乐教师教育的特色,检讨其不足,期待通过学术探讨与交流,促进澳门与大陆音乐教育领域的共同进步。澳门的普通学校音乐教育由于澳门非高等教育的特殊历史而具有"多自发、自在、自由,少规划、规则、规范"的特点,但政府部门努力引导,形成了"以活动促教学"的特色。音乐教师教育主要由澳门理工学院音乐课程承担,其特色与优势表现在更专业化的课程设置、政府财政投入相对充足下而体现的高标准的师资配备与教学硬件设施、求稳求精的小规模办学,以及学费适中且奖学金机会众多而对学生具有吸引力等;不足则体现在生源受限,办学层次与办学形式单一,缺乏发展空间等方面。
Based on the societal history and the cultural context of Macao, this article introduces and analyzes the characteristic of school music education and music teacher education in Macao. It is expected to promote the common progress in the field of music education in Macao and the mainland of China through academic discussion and exchange. The school music education in Macao has features of "more spontaneity, freedom and less planning and rule" because of the special history of education in Macao, but under the guide of the SAR government, it forms a characteristic of "promoting music teaching with musical activities". The music teacher's education is mainly undertaken by the music course of Macao Polytechnic Institute. Its characteristics and advantages express in more pro-fessional curricula, relatively high-standard of teacher' s quality and teaching facilities, enrollment in small size, and it is more attractive to students because of the moderate tuition and numerous scholarships. The insufficiencies consist in the limited source of students, the single educational form and the lack of development space.
