摘要
对湖南高校公共体育课的课堂违纪、管理策略及管理效果进行调查,利用内容分析法研究调查,结果得出:大学体育课上最容易犯的纪律是说笑、打闹;管理效果最差的是站着看不按要求练习;管理策略中最有效的是树威信、表扬和因材施教策略,最无效的是羞辱策略。
The paper has surveyed physical education classroom about the discipline, managing strategy and managing effectiveness of Hunan Universities and Colleges. By using the method of content analysis, it found out : Tell jokes and slapstickes is the most likely guilty of discipline at university physical education ; the Worst effective is standing and do nothing ; the most effective managing strategies are setting up prestige, praise and individualized teaching, the Worst effective strategy is shame.
