基于城乡一体化背景下的农村宅基地问题研究(一)——现实困境及其根源探究

在当前农村宅基地问题研究的制度规约框架下,从制度因素、经济因素、交通因素、家庭结构因素和思想观念因素等方面对农村宅基地困境根源进行探究,希图成为探寻解决城乡一体化背景下农村宅基地问题路径的理论铺垫,以寻求城市发展与农村建设两者共赢发展的空间。

In the current system and protocol framework,causes of the dilemma in rural housing land are explored from the factors of institution,economy,traffics,family structure and ideology,in order to establish a theory basis for seeking an approach to solve the rural housing problem in the integration of urban and rural areas background,so as to achieve the mutual promoting space for both urban development and rural construction.
