色彩是城市的霓裳,城市色彩是指城市公共空间中所有裸露物体外部被感知的色彩总和。城市色彩的效能主要体现在影响人居质量、凸显城市形象、展现城市特色、提升城市品位等方面。城市进行色彩规划要注重整体和谐、体现以人为本、符合地方文化特色及服从城市功能区分,等等。

Color is the silk robe of a city;urban color means the sum of the perceived colors exposed on the external objects in urban public space.The performance of urban color effect mainly reflected in influencing the quality of human settlement,highlighting the city’s image,showing the city’s character,and enhancing the city’s level.City color planning should focus on the overall harmony,reflect the concept of people-oriented,in line with the local culture characteristics,subject to the different urban function,and so on.
