摘要
我国海域辽阔,海岛众多,大量的无居民海岛资源亟待保护与利用。2009年《海岛保护法》的颁布是我国海洋法制建设史的里程碑。加强对无居民海岛的保护与管理,规范开发利用秩序,必须结合《海岛保护法》的有关规定,进一步完善无居民海岛的权属制度,健全对无居民海岛的保护立法,建立合理利用无居民海岛的法律制度。
China,with vast sea area and many islands,has plentiful natural resources of non-residents islands to be protected and utilized.The publication of the Islands Protection Law in 2009 was the milestone of the history of marine legal system of China.To strengthen the protection and management of the non-residents islands and to standardize its utilization order should be combined with the relevant provisions of Islands Protection Law,to further improve the ownership system and protection legislation to establish legal system to rationally use non-residents islands.
