摘要
以中国热带农业科学院博士后科研工作站为例,分析了农业科研院所单独招收博士后的可行性及其培养过程中存在的问题,并提出对策。
Taking postdoctoral research workstation of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example,the feasibility of agricultural research institutes to recruit postdoctors individually and the problems existing in the training process are discussed.And countermeasures are put forward.
