摘要
采用马尔可夫模型方法建立了除氧器水位保护系统的可靠性模型。分别从系统的结构、诊断覆盖率、共因等方面研究其对除氧器水位保护系统可靠性的影响。仿真试验数据表明,采用多重的冗余系统结构、提高系统的诊断覆盖率、降低系统的共因影响能够提高系统整体的平均故障前时间,并降低系统的失效率。
By using the Markov model,the reliability model of deaerator water level protection system was established.The influences of system structure,the diagnosis coverage rate,the common factors and others on the reliability of deaerator water level protection system were analyzed.The simulation data show that to adopt multiple redundant system structure,to increase the system diagnosis coverage rate and to reduce the influence of the system common factors can increase the MTTF of whole system and decrease the system failure rate.
