Design of automatic monitoring system for electrostatic precipitator based on iFix

为了提高电除尘器监控系统的可维护性及人机界面的友好性,设计了一种基于通用组态软件iFix的电除尘器自动监控系统。介绍了该监控系统的软硬件结构、设计关键技术和系统功能。该系统已在多个电除尘器新建及改造工程中得到了应用,现场设备及系统运行良好。

In order to enhance the maintainability of the electrostatic precipitator monitoring system and to improve friendliness of the man-machine interface,an electrostatic precipitator automatic monitoring system based on the general configuration software iFix was designed.The software structure and the hardware structure of the monitoring system,the key technologies of the design and the system functions were introduced.The system had been applied in multiple electrostatic precipitators,which are new built or reformed;the site equipments and the systems are operating well.
