煤矿瓦斯直供锅炉燃烧机常见故障的分析及处理

Analysis and treatment of common faults of boiler burner directly fed by coal mine gas

以煤矿井下抽出的未经处理的瓦斯气作为燃料的锅炉燃烧机在运行中受瓦斯气成分、体积分数、压力和含水量等因素的制约,经常发生故障,导致燃烧机熄火停止工作,给机组正常运行造成很大影响。总结了燃烧机常见故障的分析判断及排除方法,使故障率大幅度下降,锅炉得以正常运行。

The boiler burners burning the coal mine gas,which is extracted from the coal mine and is not treated,are restricted by the gas composition and its volume fraction,the gas pressure,the gas moisture and other factors and often go wrong;and this may cause the burner stall and outage and greatly influences on unit normal operation.Common faults analysis and judgement and the fault elimination method for the burner were summarized.The fault rate was decreased greatly,and the boiler operation became normal.
