浅析旅游规划和风景名胜区规划与管理——以漳浦县为例

To travel planning and famous scenic sites planning and management of the analysis——take example for the county of ZhangPu

以漳浦县旅游业发展中存在的问题为例,分析旅游规划和风景名胜区规划的关系,通过对两者在规划性质、规划理念、管理部门、规划设计单位资质和执行的主要规划规范等方面的区别,以及在规划的作用、基础资料的调查内容和规划编制做法上存在的共同点的比较和阐述,提出在规划编制和建设管理过程中应根据各景区的性质采取的相应措施和解决问题的主要对策。

In this paper,taking the high problems exist in the development of tourism industry in the county of Zhangpu as an example,analysis the relationship that between the tourism plan and famous scenic sites plan,through analyzing both in the planning properties,concept,management,planning and design qualification and execution of the main unit standard,and other aspects of the difference between planning,and comparison and expounds the role in planning,basic data of the content and planning practice to analysis what they are in common.So put forward in planning and construction management process should according to each of the nature of the scenic spot and the measures taken to solve the problem.
