摘要
分析福州市某高程建筑后注浆冲孔灌注桩的施工与检测资料,指出对强透水卵石土层实施注浆时,掺加速凝剂对提高基桩承载力的重要作用。并提出根据岩土层的透水性确定注浆水灰比、采用循环注浆管道系统以便正确地控制注浆压力、以及对长而大的冲钻孔灌注桩按规范的专门规定确定单桩承载力等建议。
Based on the data of construction record and on-site inspection of post-grouting punching perfusion pile of a high rise building in Fuzhou,the grouting effect of flash-setting agent on highly permeable layer is evaluated.Water to cement ratio(W/C) of grouting is determined by permeability of rock and soil bed,grouting pressure is controlled by rotative piping systems,and some advice on assessing load-carrying capacity of pile is proposed for longer boring cast-in-situ pile.
