论贵州山区城市污水处理工程建设

Discussion the construction of sewage treatment project in mountainous city of Guizhou province

十一·五期间为了加强城市污水治理,保护水环境,中央和贵州省人民政府增加了贵州省城市污水处理工程设施的投资力度,截止2010年底,89个县级以上城镇污水处理设施建设全部完成。针对目前贵州省各地县在兴建城市污水处理厂的过程中所暴露出来的问题,从建设规模、工艺技术、建设模式、运营机制等角度进行剖析,并对十二.五期间应注意的环节陈述了看法。

In order to strengthen urban sewage disposal and protect the water environment,The central and Guizhou province people＇s government increased the strength of investment of sewage treatment project in Guizhou province during the period of ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂,Guizhou province have completed a more than 89 urban sewag e treatment project by the end of 2010.This paper according to the problems which have exposed during the process of sewage treatment project construction in Guizhou province.To analysis from the scale of construction scale、technology、process、construction mode、operation mechanism,and expression the view of which link should pay attention during the period of ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂.
