摘要
按照高校可持续发展的要求,以"顾客为关注焦点"的传统ISO9000模式存在着不足,它忽略了教育过程中对学生心理环境和就业环境可持续发展的要求。基于ISO9000的绿色高校学生管理模式在策划和实施过程中,可加强对学生心理健康的引导和管理;在检查和改进过程中,学校通过建立专门的信息反馈机制,可延长服务周期,保持与用人单位的联系。这种管理模式符合可持续发展的战略要求,更能够满足高校培养复合型人才的需求。
The traditional mode of college student management in ISO9000 featured by customer-focus can not meet the requirement of sustainable development any longer in that it ignores the students'psychological and employment environments in the process of education.In this paper,a new management mode is proposed based on ISO9000,which has the following advantages: it pays more attention to the guidance and management of students'mental health in planning and implementation processes;it establishes specialized feedback mechanism of employment which can extend service cycle for students and maintain contact with the employer in the revision process.This new management model can meet the demand of training students in University.
